Out of Focus - the diary of a student radiographer.

The results are in...

... and the university have foolishly awarded me a 2:1!

It took me 16 years to get around to doing it but I finally have a degree to my name. Now all I have to do is find a job but, in total contrast to when I started the course, radiography jobs are rather thin on the ground right now.

  • Way to stick with it! We have 5 Radiography programs in my city alone not to mention throughout the rest of the state of FL. You have get your foot in the door by doing some PRN or take a shift that you might not like at first but the jobs are out there. Turnover is still creating some jobs, but, yes they are defintely thin.
